United Nations experts say the Congolese military, M23 rebels and their external supporters have violated the terms of a peace agreement intended to reduce the conflict in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. The report also accuses Rwanda of supporting M23, an allegation Rwanda has repeatedly rejected.
