Community Guidelines

RWO exists for real, unfiltered opinion. That works only if people feel safe to speak. Be honest, be direct, and disagree without attacking the person you're talking to. Debate the idea, not the human.

Don't fabricate facts, quotes, or events. If you make a factual claim, be ready to back it up. Sharing sources is encouraged. If you get something wrong, edit or reply with a correction.

The following will be removed, and can lead to suspension or a permanent ban:

• Racism, ethnic slurs, or hate speech targeting protected groups.
• Sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or religious hatred.
• Threats of violence, incitement, or celebrating harm.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or sharing private info without consent.
• Sexual content involving minors. Reported to authorities without exception.
• Spam, scams, malware links, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
• Illegal content under Swedish or EU law.

Vote honestly. Don't run alternate accounts, brigade polls, or pay for votes. Polls on RWO are meant to reflect real opinion, not bot traffic.

The verified badge means a member went through our identity review. Misusing verification, sharing your account, or impersonating someone else will cost you the badge and, in serious cases, the account.

The same rules apply in DMs. Unsolicited sexual content, harassment, and scams are grounds for removal even in private chats. Report anything that crosses a line.

We generally escalate: warning, content removal, temporary feature limits, temporary suspension, permanent ban. Serious violations skip straight to suspension or ban. Read more on our Moderation page, and see Reporting for how to flag something.
