Keiko Fujimori has been officially declared the winner of Peru's presidential election after weeks of protests, fraud accusations and reviews of contested ballots. Fujimori received 50.135% of the vote, defeating Roberto Sanchez by approximately 50,000 votes out of around 18 million.
